The Ocean Crest Restaurant is considered by many as one of the finest on the North Pacific Coast. Led by three generations of the Curtright family, the Ocean Crest Resort has long offered outstanding cuisine and wines. As is fitting the location, the wine collection draws primarily from boutique wineries in the Pacific Northwest. The purpose of the Ocean Crest's wine program is to compliment and enhance the native Northwest-flavored menu. Featured are exceptional wines from smaller producers throughout Washington, Oregon, California and British Columbia. Among the represented wineries are: Leonetti, Quilceda Creek, Cayuse, McCrea, Ken Wright, Beaux Freres, Kistler, and Peter Michael. The menu is predominantly Northwest-themed, and Chef Cedar Martin purchases as much locally as possible. This approach makes the most exciting and satisfying food and wine pairings for the discerning guest.
